- We are seeking an organized and proactive Operational Supervisor to support daily operations for a 3PL company serving a major furniture customer.
- Responsibilities include coordinating delivery activities, supporting drivers and contractor teams, monitoring route performance, resolving operational issues, maintaining accurate reports, and ensuring client service standards are met.
- The ideal candidate has strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in 3PL, last-mile delivery, furniture delivery, dispatch, transportation, or logistics operations is strongly preferred.
