Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly motivated and organized Operational Manager to oversee daily 3PL operations, ensure efficient route dispatching, and support our General Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, routing knowledge, willingness to learn, desire to accomplish promotion goals, and ability to lift 50 pounds when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Daily route dispatching via Dispatch Track platform.
- Support General Manager operations.
- Manage merchandise return functions.
- Understand routing and logistics operations.
- Effective written and verbal English communication; Spanish a plus.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds when needed.
- Collaborate with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
- Monitor and report operational metrics.
- Implement process improvements.
- Supervise and train staff as needed.
- Manage the moving supplies inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Positive and professional attitude.
- Willing to learn and grow.
- 1+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills (Dispatch Track platform experience is a plus).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
