Final Mile Providers (FMP) is a growing 3PL logistics company seeking an organized and motivated Logistics Dispatcher to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona.

Job Summary:
The Logistics Dispatcher will support daily last-mile delivery operations, coordinate and monitor delivery routes, communicate with drivers and contractors, and assist the operations team in maintaining efficient service and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and dispatch daily delivery routes using DispatchTrack.
Monitor routes and delivery progress throughout the day.
Communicate with drivers, contractors, customers, and internal teams.
Assist with merchandise returns and operational issues.
Maintain accurate reports and documentation.
Support inventory control for moving supplies.
Escalate delivery exceptions and help resolve issues quickly.
Follow company procedures and client requirements.
Support continuous process improvements.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, or operations preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills; DispatchTrack experience is a plus.
Positive and professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
English required; Spanish is a plus.
Reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
